Stores & supplies

A satchel for your supplies

Choose the source that matches what you need and what you can pay with. Credits, Commissary tokens, barter goods and scavenging attempts are different resources.

These lists come from the demo, build 049-Rev3-L, and leave out goods the demo does not offer. Stock lists show possible goods, including conditional and random stock. They do not promise that every item is present on every visit.

Source How you obtain goods What you can get
Dr. Jackson’s workshop Buy the stock available during the visit Machines, modules, scanners, bags, storage, production equipment and inspection tools
Commissary Redeem food stamps, then spend the token balance Seven basic food, water and medical products with set token prices
Visiting supplier Buy at your own counter Consumables, containers, seeds, production inputs and music cassettes; training unlocks more lines
Black Market / Underground Exchange Leave matching goods for the janitorial exchange Fourteen regular or promotional recipes, including modules, keycards, crates and medicine
Dumping Grounds Search after hours; spend attempts and risk injury Nine loot pools, plus equipment-dependent extra finds

The map’s destinations in this build are your store, the Commissary, Dr. Jackson’s shop and scavenging. The Underground Exchange is handled through the janitorial service at your store; it is not an extra shop button on that map. The travelling supplier is also a visitor, not the Commissary token shop.

Open a source page to see its full extracted list, then follow the item links for descriptions. The item catalog’s base value is not necessarily the merchant’s asking price. Where stock is random or affected by training, ownership, day or reputation, check the current offer.

  • Need basic food or water? Start with Commissary tokens; shortages can affect replenishment.
  • Need equipment for a new profession? Check Jackson and the supplier after the relevant introduction/training.
  • Have spare filters, modules, medicine or keycards? Check the active Exchange offers before selling or discarding them.
  • Need salvage without spending Credits? The Dumping Grounds costs attempts and can injure you; bring useful tools and room for the finds.

Joe Wild sells contacts and favors rather than this stock, and ordinary customers can also sell goods or offer barter. Those are distinct from the fixed Commissary catalog and the Exchange recipes listed here.
