Black Market & Underground Exchange

The Underground Exchange trades goods through the janitorial service. After it is unlocked, put the required goods in the trash bin and use the service; the exchange returns goods by morning. It is separate from ordinary Black Market customers buying and selling at your counter.
See
Sawyer and the Black Market for the introduction and reputation rules. At −40 Black Market standing, the Blacklisted penalty bars you from the Exchange.
Regular recipes
Section titled “Regular recipes”Counts mean distinct matching item objects. “Two ammunition items” does not mean two loose rounds inside one ammunition item. Item condition is also checked; a matching name alone may not make damaged or otherwise invalid goods eligible.

Section titled “Promotional recipes”These seven recipes are registered as promotional. They only apply while offered, rather than all being active every night.

Every recipe in this build has a one-acceptance-per-night limit. Bringing twice the inputs is not a promise of two uses of the same recipe. Overlapping recipes compete for physical items, so check the active list before leaving supplies for the cleaners.
Module reward pool

Ammunition reward pool
Section titled “Ammunition reward pool”Crates are containers, not fixed bundles
Section titled “Crates are containers, not fixed bundles”A crate exchange gives the specified crate. Its contents are generated by a separate loot-crate factory, so the recipe is not a guarantee of a particular gun, drug or module inside. Keycard exchanges and opening a locked crate are different actions.
