Immunivax injectors — assessment

Use the Immunivax Assessment Guide with the Magnifying Glass. Read the label and serial; do not treat every bad state as the same problem.

The serial is not exactly seven digits, or is outside 1250000–4559999.	Counterfeit	Choose Serial Issues and confront the client. The first three digits are the batch.
The batch prefix is 250, 251, 301, 355, 385, 386 or 421.	Recalled / unusable	Choose Serial Issues and confront the client. A recalled batch makes it unusable, not counterfeit.
The company name or product name is missing; spelling is wrong; or the font differs significantly.	Counterfeit	Choose Label Issues and confront the client.

A usable genuine injector therefore has a seven-digit serial in range, a non-recalled batch, the correct company/product label and colors, no visible crack, and a green indicator light. The handbook provides no separate packaging-value rule for Immunivax, so do not invent one.
